Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, filiale de Safran Aircraft Engines, recherche des opérateurs de réparation pour renforcer ses équipes à Zaventem. Vous réaliserez des réparations et ajustements sur des pièces de moteurs aéronautiques et lirez des documents techniques en vigueur.

Le poste demande un diplôme technique et une première expérience sur machines CNC, avec une disposition au travail en 2 postes (6h-14h ou 14h-22h) et une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multilingue.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'enseignement secondaire technique exigé.
• Première expérience avec des machines CNC souhaitée.
• Bonnes capacités de travail en équipe dans un environnement multilingue.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser diverses tâches liées aux réparations et ajustements sur des pièces de moteurs d'avion.
• Examiner les documents de travail et respecter le planning.
• Utiliser les EPI et respecter les règles HSE et les analyses de risques.
• Reporter clairement les problèmes et participer à l'amélioration des processus.

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem & Steenokkerzeel, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. As part of our growth (RAMP UP) of LEAP engines, we are looking for Repair Operators to strengthen our teams.

As a Repair Operator, you carry out various tasks related to repairs and adjustments on aircraft engine parts

• You will review the work documents that contain the necessary elements to perform the tasks (materials, products, technical instructions, references to the reference documents, and procedures);
• You perform the assigned tasks accurately and respect the planning in order to avoid any negative impact on work organization, scheduling, or complaints from internal customers.
• You will use the required PPE when performing tasks according to the rules defined by HSE or the usual regulations within SAESB (e.g., risk analysis);
• You report clearly and precisely on identified issues, difficulties, or risks related to the activity or the product, using the designated reporting tools;
• You communicate the status of the activity/activities at the end of the shift;
• You will participate in working groups to analyze problems and improve work processes (continuous improvement, error and defect analysis and correction, internal and external audits, etc.).

Your profile:

• You hold a secondary education diploma in a technical field, and you have a first experience working with CNC machines.
• You have a good knowledge of technical English and a basic understanding of Dutch or French, with the desire to improve it.
• You are willing to work in 2 shifts (6am ? 2pm or 2pm ? 10pm).
• You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment, and are willing to support your colleagues.
