Badenoch + Clark Belgium is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for a leading international food and supply-chain site in Boom, Belgium. You will manage about 40 warehouse staff in the expedition department, ensuring safe, efficient daily operations and serving as a key on-floor contact.

Qualifications

• Secondary ASO/TSO diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics leadership or similar.
• Very good command of Dutch.
• Good technical understanding and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of ~40 warehouse employees in the expedition department.
• Ensure safe, efficient daily logistics operations and on-floor leadership.
• Set priorities, monitor workflow and drive continuous improvement on warehouse processes.
