Job summary

Movu Robotics is seeking an Integration Manager to lead the full lifecycle of automation projects from sales handover to final delivery. You will collaborate with customers, software partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integrations and satisfied stakeholders.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and clear functional specifications, with a focus on ERP/WMS/MES systems and network security. Based in Antwerp, relocation support may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT integrations, software projects, or logistics automation.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in technical or logistics-related field.
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Concept development – define the functional scope of each project and ensure consistency.
• Lead functional workshops with customers to understand processes and material flows.
• Write the Functional Specification that underpins implementation.
• Define and manage planning and budgeting for IT and software components.
• Coordinate requirements and change requests with customers and third-party suppliers.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliability of the integration.
