Job summary

Pernod Ricard Benelux is offering an internship in the Supply Chain team in Belgium (Waterloo). The role combines inventory management, stock optimization and ERP processes, providing hands-on exposure to stock management and logistics flows.

The internship requires strong Excel skills and fluency in English with an additional language (Dutch or French). You will work with cross-functional teams and gain practical experience across stock, ERP and regulatory aspects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Admin, Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly stock reconciliation and inventory optimization.
• Assist with ERP operations and purchase order cleaning in Navision.
• Conduct stock health analyses and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Brand Owners and Operations.
