Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux offers a structured internship for near-graduates, with mentorship and hands-on projects across Field Execution, Retail and AFH activities in Belgium. You will learn to translate marketing plans into tangible in-store actions and gain insights from field data and reports.

Expect teamwork, growth, and exposure to promotions and product launches. Ideal candidates will be pursuing or have completed a degree in Business/Marketing, with strong data skills, Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management or related field.
• Strong interest in Sales, Shopper Marketing, Retail and FMCG.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with data familiarity.
• Able to turn information into clear, practical business outputs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare practical selling tools, one-pagers and communication materials for field teams.
• Coordinate promotions, activations and operational field requests across channels.
• Track new product launches, assortment and planogram compliance, and in-store execution.
• Analyze field data, reports and store pictures to identify execution gaps and opportunities.
• Translate activation plans into effective field execution & one-pagers/selling documents.
• Support field performance updates, presentations and commercial analyses.
