AB Volvo is seeking a Logistics Engineering & Inventory Manager to lead the Central Distribution Center Gent team. You will oversee warehouse engineering, inventory optimization, layout design, and strategic development to support future growth and world-class performance.
You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving safety, automation, and operational excellence while building cross-functional partnerships across Volvo Group brands.

As Warehouse Engineering & Inventory Management Leader, you lead a team of specialists responsible for warehouse engineering, inventory optimization, layout design, and strategic warehouse development.
Together with your team, you ensure that CDC Gent is ready to support future growth while maintaining world-class operational performance, putting safety and the customer first.
You combine strategic vision with operational execution and play a key role in defining how our warehouse tackles the major challenges towards 2030 and beyond.
