AB Volvo seeks a Technical Dealer Support professional to assist Volvo Truck and Bus dealers with technical and diagnostic solutions. You will work with diverse markets, interpret technical documentation, and use software tools to provide effective, timely support.

You will communicate across teams, learn continuously, and adapt to new technologies while engaging in shift work as needed. This role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, and problem solving to improve service quality worldwide.

Do you just love to

• You work in a team finding technical and diagnostic solutions for internal and external customers,
• Your main activity is to assist Volvo Truck and Bus dealers.
• You are in contact with different stakeholders like dealers, designers and product engineers.
• You will work with different applications and have access to technical documentation to provide solutions.
• You handle the information from the international markets in such manner that repeated questions and problems from customers can be avoided and quality can be improved.

Are you the one?

• You have a technical background (automotive engineering) or, by experience, you have built up a broad technical knowledge.
• You have an analytic approach, problem-solving mindset and can interpret technical documentation.
• You understand how software applications work and can connect the dots when needed.
• You have experience working with computers and quickly adapt to new technology. You have hands-on experience with Python and are familiar with digitalization and automation tools. We are embracing a digitalization and automation journey, so your skills will help us shape the future of our support.
• You have good collaboration and communication skills.
• You have a natural feel for continuous learning and personal involvement
• You are fluent in English,and at least two other European languages (one of them preferably Italian)
• You are willing to work on shifts.
