Lutosa in Belgium seeks a Logistics Business Unit Manager to lead end-to-end operations across two sites, Leuze-en-Hainaut and Waregem. You will transform objectives into results, manage teams and ensure safe, efficient flows from inbound to outbound.

You will drive KPIs, budgets and continuous improvement while coordinating with support functions, HR and 3物流 managers. Join an international group within McCain for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in administration, logistics or technical field.
• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse management or complex logistics environments.
• Experience in automated warehouses is highly appreciated; knowledge of Cold Store is a plus.
• Experience in the food industry is not essential.

Responsabilités

• Break down strategic objectives into action plans and manage KPIs (safety, quality, costs, productivity, stock accuracy, Repack).
• Plan activity in short, medium and long term with Operations Managers.
• Optimize resource allocation and coordinate teams daily.
• Supervise reports, procedures and operational standards.
• Define maintenance plans and propose improvements and tools.
