Michael Page is seeking a Site Manager for a key logistics site in Vlaams-Brabant (Merchtem region). The role leads day-to-day operations of a 150 FTE, 24/7 site, driving processes, quality standards and KPIs while managing budgets, staffing and safety.

Qualifications
- Large-scale leadership experience in logistics or distribution.
- Excellent Dutch and French language skills.
- Strong people and results orientation with hands-on leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to be on-site on a rotation including night shifts.
Responsabilités
- Lead the site operations for a 150 FTE 24/7 operation.
- Develop and monitor processes, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement with action plans.
- Oversee budget, staffing, investments and operating costs.
- Coordinate projects and implementations with internal stakeholders.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity.
- Coach and develop the management team while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
