Manuchar NV is searching for a Logistics Administrator to oversee operations for the African market. You will manage orders and coordinate logistics with global partners, while handling transport documents and invoicing to ensure smooth deliveries.

Fluency in English and French, plus Dutch communication, is essential. You will thrive in Antwerp-based teams, contributing to timely, high-quality service within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the shipping industry, such as a freight forwarder or logistics administrator.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and transport documents.
• Fluent in English and French; able to communicate in Dutch.
• Proactive planning, organization, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Based in the Antwerp region.
