Jefferson Wells Belgium is seeking a Lithography Process Engineer to support the development and optimization of advanced lithography processes. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver process solutions and transfer them to production.

The role emphasizes experimental design, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a long-term consulting contract and opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Physics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
• Knowledge of lithography, CD metrology, and overlay metrology is a strong asset.
• Experience in a lab or cleanroom environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and discuss lithography process development requests.
• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments.
• Develop and optimize lithography processes for internal and customer projects.
• Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers on development projects.
• Document processes and support transfer to the pilot production line.
• Communicate results and provide data-driven recommendations.
