Jefferson Wells Belgium is seeking a Lithography Process Engineer to support the development and optimization of advanced lithography processes. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver process solutions and transfer them to production.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Physics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
• Knowledge of lithography, CD metrology, and overlay metrology is a strong asset.
• Experience in a lab or cleanroom environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, and team-oriented.

In this role, you will support the development and optimization of advanced lithography processes, working closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver innovative process solutions and transfer them to production.
