Spektrum Labs, Inc. seeks experienced IT infrastructure specialist to operate and maintain IaaS environments across on‑prem, private, and public clouds. You will manage Linux fleets, virtualization, and automation to ensure high availability and security for critical defense-related workloads.

The role requires hands‑on experience with RHEL/Oracle Linux, VMware ESXi, Ansible, and security hardening. Travel to NATO and NCIA sites may be required; on‑site Belgium work is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both on‑premises and cloud technologies across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Experience with Linux server administration, hardening, patching, and AD integration.
• Ability to design, implement, and document SOPs and training materials for IT operations.
• Strong problem solving and incident response skills in a defense/secure environment.

Responsabilités

• Guarantee seamless operation and upkeep of IaaS services across environments.
• Perform system administration tasks for IaaS related systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow change management processes and update CMDB/ topology diagrams.
