Key responsibilities include 24/7 support for Red Hat environments, performance tuning, and integration of IaC with monitoring and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing large-scale Linux infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Automation Platform, and CI/CD tools.
• Scripting in Bash and/or Python for automation and reporting.
• Proficiency in English and native/full-professional proficiency in Dutch or French.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24/7 operational support for Linux environments and incidents.
• Perform system tuning, diagnostics, and OS-level troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible and IaC practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 operational support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, handling incidents and service requests.
• Perform system performance tuning, diagnostics, and OS‑level troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible Automation Platform and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
• Integrate automation with monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new technologies and prototype solutions.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing large‑scale Linux infrastructure (physical, virtual, or containerized).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Automation Platform, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting for automation and reporting.
• Professional proficiency in English and native/full‑professional proficiency in Dutch or French.
• Experience working within ITIL‑aligned processes (incident, problem, change management).

Nice to have

• Exposure to database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with VMware, NetApp storage, and network security platforms (Palo Alto, Check Point, F5).
• Knowledge of endpoint detection tools like Trend Micro Deep Security or ClamAV.
• German language skills are a plus.
