Sword Group is seeking an IAM-focused administrator to manage authentication, authorization, and identity provisioning across Commission systems. You will work in Linux-based environments, coordinate with ITIL-aligned teams, and support deployments and upgrades.

You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity for EC IAM services.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Linux-based infrastructure and middleware environments.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies is an asset.
• Experience with IT Service Management (Incident, Change, Release and Problem Management).
• Good understanding of ITIL best practices.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot Identity and Access Management platforms, including authentication, authorization, identity federation, directory and identity provisioning services.
• Perform deployments, releases, upgrades, patching, configuration changes, backup/restore and infrastructure maintenance.
• Support infrastructure projects, migrations and application integrations.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to ensure service continuity and successful project delivery.
