bridge351 is seeking a Specialist SailPoint Engineer to strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and evolve our identity governance landscape. You will maintain and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ, working with security, infra, and compliance teams to keep IAM secure, scalable, and compliant.

This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SailPoint IIQ solutions while shaping the broader IAM strategy.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on IAM experience.
Experience with SailPoint IIQ integrations.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum workplaces.

Responsabilités

Design, implement, validate, and document SailPoint IIQ enhancements, fixes, and integrations.
Act as 3rd line support for the SailPoint IIQ platform.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and process flows.
Troubleshoot complex technical and security issues related to IdentityIQ.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies.
Collaborate with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to 2nd line support teams.
Offer expert guidance to internal stakeholders on IAM best practices.
