Netcompany in Belgium is seeking a Back Office Engineer to administer IAM platforms, deploy platforms, and support migrations. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure secure and reliable services.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong English, and hands-on Linux and Oracle WebLogic/J2EE stack experience, plus ITSM/ ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with Linux, Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic Server, Apache Tomcat, LDAP technologies.
• Proficiency in Shell, Bash or Perl scripting.
• Experience with Git, Bamboo, Nexus, Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira.
• Proven expertise in Linux-based infrastructure and middleware environments.
• Hands‑on involvement in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Good understanding and practical application of ITIL best practices.

Role Overview

As a Back Office Engineer, you will administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, perform platform deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure secure and reliable services. You will support infrastructure projects, system migrations, and application integrations while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and support teams. You will also monitor platform performance and service availability, investigate operational alerts, and analyse application, middleware, and infrastructure logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
