Axians in Belgium is seeking an IAM Engineer to join our team. You will drive IAM operations, manage authentication/authorization, and ensure platform reliability across environments.

Responsibilities include deployments, monitoring, incident handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM solutions. Belgian relocation may be required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux-based infrastructure and middleware environments.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management technologies and concepts.
• Experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem).
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation; PM² or PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive IAM Operations & Platform Reliability.
• Manage and support Identity & Access Management platforms and provisioning.
• Deploys, patches, configurations, and infra maintenance for stability.
• Monitor services, analyze logs, and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate across development, infrastructure, and support teams.
