Job summary

Anotech Energy in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager (CI&S) to oversee the entire lifecycle of customer installations—from initial offer to dismantling. You will bridge commercial needs with technical execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, engineering background, and fluency in English and Dutch. Travel to various sites is expected as part of delivering high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Academic or Professional Master’s/bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electromechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Strong background in engineering, project methodologies, and maintenance activities.
• Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of industrial gas processes, physical properties, and technical regulations.
• Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, SAP, and Telemetry applications (AutoCAD is a plus).
• Communication: Very good written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Mindset: A team player with strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee diverse projects (Bulk, On-Site, PG, and E&I) from technical offer to handover.
• Business Support: Partner with commercial teams during the development phase to ensure cost accuracy and technical feasibility.
• Operational Excellence: Manage project scope, lead times, and budgets while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Safety Leadership: Promote and support a culture of "Safety First" across all sites and installations.
• Continuous Improvement: Challenge established practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
