Xeryon in Leuven is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead the Machining Cell and assembly lines. You will convert supply chain plans into reliable shop-floor execution, maintain equipment availability, and reinforce a safety-first, quality-driven culture.

Reporting to the COO, you will own operating targets, drive TPM, and champion Lean tools to reduce downtime and defects while developing multi-skilled teams in a fast-growing nano-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in precision manufacturing.
• Proven ability to translate supply plans into production schedules.
• Proficient in Lean tools: 5S, Kanban, VSM and problem-solving methods.
• Experience with TPM and maintenance planning.
• Technical understanding of high-precision mechanics and CNC processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan execution and schedule adherence across Machining and Assembly lines.
• Lead EHS, safety, and continuous improvement culture.
• Direct dual-unit leadership balancing machining cell and assembly line.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Apply Lean and structured problem-solving methods to deviations.
• Develop teams, multi-skill and track operational KPIs.
