Xeryon in Leuven, Belgium seeks an Agile Manufacturing Coach & Facilitator for its CNC Team. You will bridge high-tech machining with empowered, cross-skilled squads to achieve autonomy, quality and operational excellence. This hands-on role combines coaching with Lean practices to optimize productivity.

The ideal candidate excels at facilitation, applying 5-Why root-cause analyses and TPM, while guiding the team through daily stand-ups and continuous improvement in a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a high-tech manufacturing, precision engineering, or machining environment.
• Proven hands-on proficiency in CNC CAD/CAM programming (milling) with tooling, machining strategies, and post processors.
• Familiarity with automated/robotic cells (lasers, soldering, or gluing).
• Exposure to Lean, TPM, Agile manufacturing, or consent-based decision-making models.
• Professional fluency in English and/or Dutch with clear reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Bridge high-tech precision machining and team empowerment; report to Production Manager.
• Support an autonomous cell for CNC milling, laser cutting, soldering, and glueing robotics.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, continuous improvement, and consent-based decision-making.
• Foster CAD/CAM code sharing and cross-skilling across team members.
• Report KPIs, performance metrics, and resource needs to Production Manager.
