Job summary

Lloyd Coffee in Belgium is recruiting an Assistant Manager to help lead our locations with passion and efficiency. You will act as operational back-up to the restaurant Manager and motivate a team of around 20 employees through training and guidance.

This full-time, permanent role is on-site with a salary from €15.20 per hour. You will ensure quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction with fast, friendly service, and manage student staff schedules together with the Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and/or team management is an asset.
• Dynamic, results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
• Well organised and able to handle stress, with the ability to find quick solutions.
