itsme® is seeking a curious, business-minded legal entrepreneur to shape how we grow in Belgium and beyond. You will collaborate with business teams, identify opportunities, and manage legal risk while keeping pragmatic, scalable solutions in focus.

You will own commercial contracts, data protection and IP matters, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to governance. A Master’s in Law and 5–8 years of experience are ideal.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law and 5–8 years of relevant experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and contract review capabilities.
• Solid grounding in data protection, IP, disputes, corporate governance or insurance.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate client, supplier, partnership and technology agreements.
• Advise on GDPR, privacy and wider legal questions connected to products and initiatives.
• Coordinate disputes and external counsel, support IP strategy and portfolio management.
• Contribute to corporate governance and entity management, and coordinate insurance matters.
• Share knowledge and help the wider organisation manage legal risk.
