NCI Agency in Belgium seeks a Senior Learning Architect to lead the design and delivery of training solutions across NATO capabilities. You will integrate Training by Design with the broader education program, collaborating with HQ SACT and industry partners to ensure effective, scalable learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience.
• Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by 8+ years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function.
• Strong background in Learning and/or cognitive science.
• Experience with AI-powered learning solutions and automation for personalized skill development.
• Experience with Agile design and development of innovative learning solutions.
• Experience with ADDIE, SAM, OK-LCD or Action mapping.

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops effective, efficient and engaging learning solutions delivering end-to-end development processes.
• Manages the end-to-end development process of learning solutions, coordinating with internal and external parties.
• Builds and deepens relationships across internal and external customers; maintains awareness of industry best practices.
• Deputizes for higher grade staff if required; performs other duties as may be required.
