Ciner Glass Belgium is seeking an experienced Utility Manager to lead our Utilities department, ensure reliable operation of all utility systems, and drive continuous improvement in a state-of-the-art glass plant in Lommel. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and leaders, and translate strategy into shop-floor actions.

Qualifications
- Master's or equivalent in a technical discipline relevant to industrial utilities.
- Strong leadership experience in a technical environment.
- Experience with electrical infrastructure and utility systems.
Responsabilités
- Lead a multidisciplinary Utilities team of engineers, leaders and technicians.
- Ensure continuity of department through workforce planning and onboarding.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of utility systems.
- Lead technical projects, evaluations and KPI monitoring.
- Prepare budgets, purchasing and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and other departments.
