At Ciner Glass Belgium, the Utilities Manager leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure reliable operation of critical utility systems supporting our glass manufacturing plant. You will drive maintenance excellence, project execution and cost optimisation across energy and process utilities.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment, with a focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering; advanced expertise preferred.
• Extensive senior-level industrial experience may substitute a degree.
• 7–10 years in a technical leadership role in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage critical industrial electrical infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary Utilities team including engineers, leaders and technicians.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of utility systems essential to production.
• Drive cost savings, energy efficiency and process optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare and analyse monthly activity, performance and cost reports.
