Job summary

Devoteam is seeking a Lead Solution Architect with affinity for Red Hat and Kubernetes to translate business needs into scalable cloud-native architectures. You will provide technical leadership across projects, designing open hybrid cloud solutions using Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, and related technologies.

The role requires deep expertise in containerization, DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration, with fluency in Dutch/French and strong English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Red Solutions Architect with a strong focus on OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Deep understanding of containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and a good level of English.
• Certifications in Red Technologies (RHCE/RHCA, OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform,…)
• Contributions to open-source communities.
