delaware BeLux is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to help our Belgian client portfolio create HR environments where employees can grow, perform, and thrive. You will work across modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning, translating HR needs into practical solutions.

You will lead workshops, drive end-to-end implementations, and collaborate with HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors in consulting, implementation or support roles.
• Hands-on experience with one or more modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning or others.
• Fluent in French and English and able to translate HR needs into practical solutions.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules and comfortable with HR system landscapes.
• Experience across multiple modules and in integrations with HR systems.

• Drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations from analysis and design to go-live and support.
• Translate HR and business requirements into efficient and user-friendly SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and optimize one or more SuccessFactors modules based on client needs.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and advise stakeholders.
• Support integrations and ensure seamless interaction between HR systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve and evolve their HR processes.
• Stay up to date with SuccessFactors innovations and translate them into added value for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different HR and technology domains.

Depending on your experience and interests, you will work across different SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and others.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from analysis and design to go-live and support
• Translating HR and business requirements into efficient and user-friendly SuccessFactors solutions
• Configuring and optimizing one or more SuccessFactors modules based on client needs
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and advising stakeholders
• Supporting integrations and ensuring seamless interaction between HR systems
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve and evolve their HR processes
• Staying up to date with SuccessFactors innovations and translating them into added value for clients
• Collaborating with colleagues across different HR and technology domains

• You understand HR processes and enjoy translating business needs into practical solutions
• You are analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented
• You communicate fluently in French and English
• You enjoy working in different client environments and collaborating with various stakeholders
• are open to working from one of our delaware offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège or Wavre, combined with time spent on-site with our customers
• You are certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• You have experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules
• You have experience with integrations and HR system landscapes
• You have SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) experience (strong asset)!
