AGC Glass Europe, based at the Technovation Centre near Brussels, is seeking an Antenna Measurement Expert to lead RF measurement activities within Pulsaart by AGC. You will oversee state-of-the-art anechoic chambers and work with RF engineers to translate customer needs into robust measurement campaigns.

You will own operational planning, drive technical excellence, and represent Pulsaart's capabilities externally, exploring new markets in aerospace, defense, rail and IoT while coordinating

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electromagnetics, RF or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electromagnetics and antennas.
• Experience with antenna measurement techniques (anechoic chambers, near-field, far-field).
• Familiarity with RF instrumentation and front-end systems.
• Experience with MATLAB and Python for data processing.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Act as main technical interface with customers for antenna measurement campaigns.
• Define measurement setups and assess feasibility; translate needs into plans.
• Plan and validate measurement configurations and report results.
• Lead operational planning of two large anechoic chambers.
• Represent Pulsaart's measurement capabilities externally and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with account managers to convert leads into opportunities.
