Pulsaart by AGC seeks a highly skilled Antenna Measurement Expert to lead our RF measurement facilities and drive advanced antenna testing for multiple industries. Based near Brussels, you will oversee measurement campaigns, configurations, and collaboration with account managers to convert technical leads into business.

You will manage the two large anechoic chambers (50 MHz–18 GHz), ensure quality delivery, and push continuous improvements in equipment, processes, and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electromagnetics, RF, telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electromagnetics and antennas.
• Experience with antenna measurement techniques (anechoic chambers, near-field, far-field) is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main technical interface with customers for antenna measurement campaigns.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the chambers and ensure optimal utilization.
• Own the technical performance and reliability of the measurement facilities.
