Tether in Belgium is seeking a Product Engineering Lead to steer Keet's engineering teams—the API team and the frontend team—reporting to the CTO; product owns the what and why, you own the how.

You will balance 70% engineering leadership with 30% product work, mentor leaders, and ensure a high bar for performance, reliability, and scalable APIs.

Candidates should have deep JS/React experience and a track record shipping consumer apps, including chat or social features.

• Strong product sense and ability to balance scope with reality.

Responsabilités

• Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
• Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
• Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
• Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
