As tech lead, you combine hands-on expertise with strategic thinking to translate business challenges into scalable cloud-native applications, embracing patterns like DDD and Hexagonal Architecture while promoting CI/CD and strong API design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with senior/lead experience.
• Strong hands-on in Java and Angular; cloud-native apps.
• Experience with DDD, Hexagonal Architecture and Micro-Frontend.
• Knowledge of design patterns, CI/CD, API design, and integration.
• Ability to translate technical topics for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Digital Customer Interaction Platform.
• Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Guide development teams on architecture, design, and best practices.
• Promote code quality, automation, CI/CD, and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and partners.
• Evaluate proposals for value, quality, maintainability.
• Foster technical excellence by sharing knowledge and coaching developers.
