ACEN is seeking a Network Security Consultant in Belgium to design, implement and optimize multi-vendor network security environments centred on Cato Networks and Illumio. You will lead delivery on demanding projects, mentor teammates and act as escalation point while blending engineering with customer dialogue.

You will own end-to-end delivery, contribute to pre-sales, and coach colleagues to lift the team’s capabilities, all while maintaining a hands-on technical leadership across routing,

Qualifications

• Experience in network and security consulting or engineering.
• Proven track record delivering complex customer projects.
• Strong fundamentals in routing, firewalling, VPN/IPsec and SD-WAN.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Terraform).

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of complex network and security solutions.
• Act as technical lead on projects: own the end-to-end delivery.
• Optimize the security posture of customers: review policies and architectures.
• Troubleshoot across network and security layers (routing, firewalling, VPN/IPsec, SD-WAN).
• Translate business requirements into reference architectures and guide implementation.
• Contribute to pre-sales: shape proposals, demos, scoping conversations.
• Automate deployments and create reusable libraries.
• Build runbooks, templates and documentation for the team.
• Coach junior colleagues and support their growth.
