Sia, located in Brussels, is on the lookout for a Data Engineer Consultant to enhance its dynamic Data Science team. In this role, you will lead client projects while collaboratively building innovative Sia AI solutions alongside an agile team.

The ideal candidate must hold a relevant Master’s Degree and have 1-3 years of experience in data-oriented roles. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with various cloud services, along with a good command in English, Dutch, and French, is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with a strong quantitative component required.
• 1-3 years of experience in related fields (Data, DevOps, Cloud, Software Engineering) is essential.
• Fluency in Python and familiarity with SQL DBMS required.

Responsabilités

• Work on diverse client projects and build Sia AI solutions.
• Manage cloud services and optimize resources.
• Develop server-side tools and data pipelines.

Cloud services expertise (GCP, AWS, Azure)

CI/CD automation

Docker and Kubernetes

SQL and NoSQL familiarity

Data pipelines and ETL scripts

Infrastructure as Code (ideally Terraform)
