Job summary

Alberts NV, an innovative FoodTech startup based in Brussels and Antwerp, is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Lead Engineer to lead the design, development and production of its product portfolio. You will drive DfMA, CAD with SolidWorks, coordinate with engineering partners, and organize off-site production lines to deliver cost‑efficient manufacturing in Wijnegem, with occasional supplier visits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design for manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate constructively.
• Expertise in SolidWorks CAD and product design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and production of Alberts' product portfolio.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and manufacturing partners.
• Organize and monitor off-site production lines and continuous reliability testing.
