Job summary

Rhox in Belgium is seeking a lead full-stack Java developer to modernise a case-management application using Java and React. You will replace existing functionality gradually, while improving support for growing case volumes and geographically distributed workflows.

You will design and implement Java services in a service-oriented environment, build SPAs with React, and streamline case handling to enable scalable operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience with relevant technologies.
• Five years Java development in a service-oriented environment.
• Two years developing single-page web applications with React.
• Three years of experience with DB2.
• Three years of experience with PostgreSQL.
• Three years of agile development experience.
• Five years with Atlassian tools: Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence and Jira.
• Two years with container concepts using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience in waste processing and the public sector.
• Dutch language proficiency (C2).
• Degree in technical or engineering ICT fields or equivalent experience.
