Build modern applications end-to-end as a consultant on a client project. You’ll develop robust Java solutions, contribute to the front-end when needed, and deliver high-quality software with support from experienced technical coaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services using Java with Spring and Hibernate.
• Translate business needs into clean, scalable solutions with solid architecture choices.
• Work with data and integrations: SQL/NoSQL, APIs, performance and reliability.
• Deliver production-ready software through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate closely with client teams in an agile setup (Scrum/Kanban), contributing end-to-end.

Qualifications

At least 5 years with Java, Spring, and building maintainable backend systems.

• Fullstack Mindset – Ability to contribute to front-end when needed and maintain end‑to‑end knowledge.
• Quality & Testing – Value clean code and have experience with unit testing and engineering best practices.
• Cloud & CI/CD – Familiar with Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and modern delivery workflows.
• Communication & Ownership – Fluent Dutch speaker, strong English, proactive, independent, and a true team player.
