• Supervising scientists: Isabel Pintor Monroy and Azahar Shaikh
• Excellent English; ability to work in an international team

Aufgaben

• Systematically re-engineer the optoelectronic device stack to suppress leakage pathways
• Perform electrical, optical, and junction-capacitance measurements to benchmark detector characteristics
• Drive targeted process optimization loops to refine active layer quality and device performance
• Work independently in cleanroom fabrication and electro-optical labs; manage processing and testing
