Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Validation Lead to oversee wind turbine gearbox validation programs. You will lead validation activities, define plans, and coordinate engineers and test resources to ensure design targets are met.

The role requires a Master in Mechanical Engineering and strong gearbox knowledge, with occasional travel to support field or partner activities.

Qualifications

• Master in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Strong people management skills expected.
• Knowledge on gearbox design is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
