agap2 Belgium is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to manage and support the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects—from design and planning to execution and commissioning—in Belgium. You will ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements, deadlines, and budget expectations.

You will collaborate with mechanical, automation, construction, and utilities teams, review designs and specifications, and prepare tender documents while monitoring budgets and progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• First experience in electrical design, project engineering, or industrial installations.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems: low voltage, power distribution, instrumentation, control systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Participate in feasibility studies and define project scopes and requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, automation, construction, utilities).
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and support subcontractor selection.
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical installations during construction and commissioning.
• Conduct technical analyses, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with AREI/RGIE, IEC standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide technical support during FAT/SAT, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
