Amaris Consulting is seeking a Site Supervisor to join its Engineering team in Belgium, responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from preparation through on-site execution.

Requirements include at least 5 years in a similar role, strong construction industry knowledge, and expertise in financial/contractual project management. fluency in French and English, Master’s in Construction or Civil Eng, and MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Site Supervisor/Construction Manager).
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and experience in financial & contractual project management.
• Good understanding of public procurement and public contracts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and organise construction sites considering constraints, deadlines, budgets and safety requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders; supervise daily progress and ensure deliverables quality.
• Develop and monitor execution schedules to meet deadlines; monitor project costs and budgets.
