In4Matic is seeking an experienced CI/CD implementation specialist to drive a mature software delivery model across development teams. You will map initiatives, embed best practices, and guide teams through a structured transition toward a standardized CI/CD approach.

The role emphasizes setting up reusable tooling, aligning teams, and monitoring progress while communicating risks to project teams and management. Dutch or French language skills are preferred, with English as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading CI/CD implementations in complex environments.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines in DevOps teams.
• 2+ years delivering automation via GitLab/GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps pipelines.
• 3+ years with Docker in production environments.
• 1+ year automating in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• 1+ year working with ELK stack for monitoring and logging.
• Experience integrating SCA/SAST tools in pipelines is a strong asset.

Our client is looking for an experienced CI/CD implementation specialist to help drive a more mature and standardized software delivery approach across development teams. The assignment focuses on mapping existing initiatives, defining and embedding best practices, setting up reusable tooling, and guiding teams through a structured transition toward a more professional CI/CD model.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current CI/CD landscape and identify existing initiatives.
• Translate existing practices and market best practices into a consistent standard that can be monitored and followed.
• Set up the reusable tooling needed to support the new approach.
• Work with each team to define a phased action plan, starting with the largest and most recent initiatives.
• Document the standard, the transition approach, and progress made during the rollout.
• Support development teams throughout the transition.
• Take a leadership role in improving automation, quality, and standardization across software integration and deployment processes.
• Communicate implementation plans, issues, delays, and automation-related risks to project teams, management, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience leading CI/CD implementations in similar or complex environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps teams building CI/CD pipelines.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in continuous delivery environments, including integrating automation tools such as Sonar and Selenium with platforms like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• At least 3 years of experience with Docker.
• At least 1 year of experience automating within cloud environments, preferably Azure and/or AWS.
• At least 1 year of experience with the ELK stack.
• Experience integrating SCA tools, such as CAST Highlight, and SAST tools through pipelines is a strong asset.

Profile

• Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, infrastructure teams, and management.
• Hands-on experience using collaboration and knowledge-sharing tools such as MS Teams, Jira, and Confluence.

Practical Information

• Language requirements: active knowledge of Dutch or French; English is a plus.
