Qualifications

• Lead C++ software engineer with a strong QA mindset.
• Around 10 years of work experience in a C++ software engineering role.
• Interest in AI for software development, testing, and review.
• Excellent algorithmic thinking plus cloud familiarity (Azure).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable software systems.
• Own delivery from design to production and run it in production.
• Mentor engineers and maintain coding standards across the team.
• Refine requirements with product analysts to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Improve testing with AI-based frameworks for fast feedback and coverage.
