Global Water Engineering Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial wastewater and water treatment projects across Latin America, from award to commissioning.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, procurement, and multi‑country teams, acting as the main client contact and ensuring satisfaction.

The role requires engineering education, EPC experience, English and Spanish fluency, travel readiness, and a collaborative, results‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Proven EPC project management experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are assets.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of industrial wastewater and water treatment projects from contract award through commissioning and project close out.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budget control, risk management and contractual obligations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate procurement activities and follow-up deliveries, civil works and electro- mechanical works.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, expectation management and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, execution, start up and management teams.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between multicultural teams located across different countries and timezones.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders with different priorities, ensuring decisions are communicated clearly and executed effectively.
• Prepare and present project status updates, forecasts, risks, and mitigation plans to management and other stakeholders.
• Report directly to management.
