Amaris Group SA is seeking a Senior Proposal Engineer to lead end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial proposals for complex industrial EPC projects. You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management and Business Development to build competitive, executable, technically sound offers.

The role emphasizes cost estimation, execution strategy, risk assessment, and continual tendering improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Proposal Engineering, Tendering, Estimation or Bid Management in industrial EPC/EPCM environments.
• Proven track record on large multidisciplinary industrial projects (process, mechanical, piping, construction).
• Fluent in French and English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of technical and commercial proposals for multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM projects.
• Review tender documents and define execution strategies with operational teams.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, piping, mechanicals, subcontracting, equipment, logistics).
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management for a coherent offer.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation and value-adding alternatives.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals in line with client deadlines and standards.
• Participate in clarifications, negotiations and client discussions when required.
• Contribute to tendering tools, templates, databases and processes.
