LPI Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee global projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will coordinate with clients, subcontractors and team members to meet project requirements, timelines and budgets, ensuring quality and safety across all activities.

The role demands a strong leader with construction management experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management in construction or electrical industries.
• Knowledge of lightning protection, earthing, or surge protection.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support project teams through complex and high-value projects.
• Maintain proactive project planning and execution to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Define and communicate clear objectives to project team members, including subcontractors.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal staff to ensure effective communication and successful delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all financial aspects.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, regulations and health and safety laws.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders and progress reports.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, performance and financials to senior management.
