eyetec in Belgium is seeking a Lab Work Planner to join our growing team. You will coordinate between projects, the laboratory, processes and the warehouse to ensure materials, resources and information are available when needed.

You will maintain stock, document results in Excel, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement within an ISO 9001 environment. The role offers autonomy, training and a modern, collaborative workplace at eyetec.

Qualificações

• Experience in a laboratory, production, logistics or GMP environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Excel and administrative documentation.
• Able to plan and organize work independently and coordinate people and resources effectively.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Keep an overview of ongoing projects and support their preparation, execution and follow-up.
• Ensure materials are available on time for laboratory and project activities.
• Prepare laboratory and project materials and ensure they are stored correctly according to applicable requirements.
• Sterilize materials and ensure equipment such as the autoclave and laboratory washer is ready for use.
• Manage stocks of consumables and follow up purchases.
• Organize incoming and outgoing shipments and manage material flows.
• Support hands-on laboratory activities and maintain an overview of activities between processes and the warehouse.
