Avantor is seeking a meticulous inventory and order management professional to oversee end-to-end handling of lab materials at our customer site in Belgium. You will enter orders, track deliveries, verify receptions, and ensure proper storage and distribution aligned with quality standards.

Key responsibilities include resolving invoicing discrepancies, coordinating with finance, and maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• Knowledge of SAP/Ariba, MS Office (Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication (French and English required).
• Ability to comply with quality and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Enter orders and monitor order status in SAP/Ariba as needed.
• Receive goods, inspect, and check storage conditions for proper distribution.
• Log inventory, ensure timely distribution of materials to end users, and resolve discrepancies with finance or suppliers.
• Support scanning and replenishment activities to maintain operational continuity.
