Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service coordination, laboratory operations or dispatch.
• Experience with a CMMS or ticketing system.
• Fluent English; Dutch, French or German at site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage of service requests from multiple channels.
• Coordinate coverage, dispatch Renovo engineers or vendors, and maintain accurate work orders.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and liaise with laboratory stakeholders to avoid conflicts.
