Qualifications

• Master’s degree en circa 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
• Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands; Frans is een plus.
• Sterk adviserend vermogen en salesvaardigheden in executive education.

• Diagnosticeer strategische, organisatorische en prestatie-uitdagingen.
• Leid klantontdekking en stakeholder engagement om oplossingen te ontwerpen.
• Beheer de salescyclus voor maatwerkopdrachten en sluit onderhandelingen.

Functie

As an L&D Advisor within our Customised Executive Education team, you partner with senior stakeholders at client organisations to diagnose strategic, organisational, leadership and performance challenges. You translate your analysis into compelling and impactful customised executive education and advisory solutions.

You combine consultative business development with strong commercial acumen. You lead client discovery, organisational diagnosis and stakeholder engagement, develop compelling proposals and successfully conclude commercial negotiations. You manage the sales cycle for customised engagements, closely follow the sales pipeline and convert opportunities into effective collaborations and sustainable client relationships.

You act as a strategic and trusted advisor to your customers. Through inquiry, active listening and curiosity, you understand their challenges and translate them into coherent learning architecture and solution designs. You engage faculty and subject matter experts to ensure alignment between client objectives, solution design and delivery approach, creating an optimal end‑to‑end customer experience and demonstrable impact.

You also contribute to the development of AMS's customised executive education portfolio by capturing insights from client engagements and translating them into opportunities for future offerings, cross‑selling, upselling, renewal and broader client relationships across AMS.

• You have a Master’s degree and about 10 years of relevant experience.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch; fluency in French is a significant plus.
